Prestressed carbon fiber plate is a relatively new structural reinforcement system. Compared with traditional reinforcement methods, the prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement system has the following four advantages:
1. The prestressed carbon fiber plate has high tensile strength, good corrosion resistance, shock resistance and impact resistance. The tensile strength is more than 10-15 times that of ordinary steel, with excellent creep resistance, corrosion resistance and shock resistance.
2. Prestressed carbon fiber plate has higher strength than steel and only 1/5 of the quality of steel. It has higher toughness, and can be supplied in a larger length without overlapping.
3. The pre-stressed carbon fiber plate has no wet operation, no large construction equipment and no on-site fixing facilities, and the length can be cut freely, the construction is simple and the construction period is short. The material does not need to be pre-processed, and the process is convenient.
4. Prestressed carbon fiber plate is resistant to acid, alkali, salt and atmospheric environment corrosion, does not require regular maintenance, and protects the internal concrete structure.
Compared with prestressed steel, the prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement system has the following four advantages:
