Project Overview

This project is a second-class construction project with a total of 5 floors, including 4 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. The area of the building to be renovated is 2,000 square meters. The building is a brick-concrete structure, and the area to be renovated is 3~4 floors. In addition, building roof waterproofing, drainage and electrical engineering should also be reformed. The results of the engineering survey show that the construction site is relatively concentrated in the area where the project is located, and it is difficult to construct in sections. Therefore, it is necessary to treat the project as a whole and adjust the building structure to improve the stability of the building.

The results show that the quality of the reinforcement of the building has reached the standard, and problems such as cracks in the wall have been solved. After the building was used for 1 year, the project evaluated the building quality again, and there was no abnormality. The above results indicate that the construction plan adopted by this project is feasible, and has confirmed the application value of various construction plans such as planting reinforcement, concrete spraying, carbon fiber reinforcement, steel bonding reinforcement, and crack repair.
